Visitor Guidelines

  • Please arrive on time according to your reserved date and time slot.
  • The last admission is at 4:30 PM. The park closes at 5:00 PM.
  • Upon arrival, please present the QR code in your confirmation email at the reception ticket checkpoint.
  • For Discount Tickets and Taitung Resident Tickets, valid identification is required on the day of visit. Without it, you will be charged the full admission price.
  • For re-entry, late arrivals, or early arrivals during crowd control periods, please follow staff instructions and wait in line as directed.

 

Refund Policy

  •  For cancellations, you may request a full refund at least 3 days before your scheduled visit.

  • Cancellations made within 3 days of the visit will incur a 10% processing fee.

  • No refunds will be given for:

    • Same-day tickets purchased on-site

    • Used or expired tickets

    • Late cancellation requests

  • To request a refund:
    Log in to your member account → My Orders → Paid Orders → Click “Request Refund”, and re-purchase the desired ticket. Please note: individual tickets cannot be refunded separately.

 

  • Once your ticket and QR code have been scanned for entry, they will no longer be valid. Lost or damaged tickets cannot be reissued or refunded.
  • To change your visit date or time, please cancel your ticket and make a new reservation. For multiple tickets in one order (including group tickets), please confirm all ticket types before purchasing. No price adjustments or exchanges are available.
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by at least one adult. Each adult may accompany up to TWO children and must provide full assistance and supervision throughout the entire visit. (This does not apply to school group visits.)
  • Pets are not allowed in the Center, except for guide dogs.
  • As some pathways are uneven, we recommend comfortable clothing and shoes. We apologize for any inconvenience to visitors with strollers or wheelchairs and thank you for your understanding.
  • Eating and drinking are prohibited in the park, except at Café Debussy.
  • Due to limited capacity and uncertain on-site availability, please book online in advance to secure entry. 
  • Reserved time slots are not guided tour times. Visitors are welcome to join scheduled guided tours (please refer to the official website for times) or use the official Line@ account and personal earphones for the online audio guide.

In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, or heavy rain), for the safety of all visitors, the Center reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change any related details. Announcements will be made in advance and affected visitors will be contacted.
