Home Refund

  1. To change your visit date or time, please cancel your ticket and make a new reservation. For multiple tickets in one order (including group tickets), please confirm all ticket types before purchasing.No price adjustments or exchanges are available.

  2. Full refunds are available if canceled at least 3 days before the visit date. Cancellations made within 3 days will incur a 10% processing fee. No refunds will be issued after the visit date.

  3. Same-day tickets bought at Paul Chiang Art Center cannot be refunded.

  4. Used tickets and complimentary tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
